According to the reports, the chairman was also accused of ”crime” against the commission and was requested not to preside over the probe. The panel was set up to interrogate Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio, and acting Managing Director of the NDDC, Daniel Pondei, today.

Recall , that Pondei had earlier on Thursday criticized the credibility of the House Committee, saying lawmaker, Tunji-Ojo was corrupt and had benefited from award of contracts in the commission.
